To ensure the smooth functioning of the school, the three different departments have been created:-

1. Primary Department

2. Middle Department

3. Higher Department

The departments are headed by the three different persons who are highly qualified and have long experience at their back in the field of education.

The teachers teaching the students of different age groups are given proper training occasionally so that they are able to teach them according to their level of their understanding. The teachers teaching in the Lower Primary Department are competent enough to deal with the students aging between three and five years. 
At the beginning of every new session, orientation courses for teachers of all levels are arranged.

The teachers are equipped with new techniques and modern methods of teaching. The main aim for organizing such programs is to make teaching-learning process very interesting.
